You really went far beyond the call of duty and provided me not only with useful tips and advices, but also real hands-on help with so many issues related to the selling of the house. It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Bryan Gustaveson.
I cannot imagine an individual who could be more knowledgeable of the real estate business and of the Spokane market. And in addition, he is simply a quality, honest, and pleasant individual. During the course of a year Bryan was instrumental with the successful completion of four real estate transaction for me. (All personal transactions.) Bryan very successfully sold my 60 acre farm near Deer Park, and then a little later on, sold my lot in Spokane. Both had the potential to be "difficult" sales, but Bryan pulled up his sleeves and went to work. Both sales were incredibly successful, with I attribute completely to Bryan's skills, knowledge and perseverance. Also within the year, Bryan was completely instrumental with two successful purchase transactions; a vacant lot and then what is now my "dream home" on South Hill. I firmly believe neither would have happened without Bryan, especially given this strong seller's market we're in. When Bryan goes to work for a client, he goes to work all in! I simply cannot overstate Bryan Gustaveson's skills and knowledge of real estate, from start to finish. I think even beyond this, Bryan's strong work ethic impressed me more than anything.
